About Me
Hi!
As an introverted woman with a 2+ decade career in senior management and leadership roles, I have often struggled with finding my voice and speaking with confidence in high-stakes situations. During senior leadership meetings, other leaders, mostly men, would speak over me or dismiss a point I was making, and I would let it happen without complaint. I was even demoted at one point because I was reluctant to ask for help when I knew I needed it to get through a difficult business situation. I invested a lot in my own learning and development, attending classes, gaining certifications, and reading a ton of books.
I was finally able to overcome my fear of speaking up when I discovered the power of knowing myself and working with a coach for self-actualization. With a partner who held me accountable to put new ideas and skills into practice, I realized exponential personal growth that I may have never achieved with my former methods. I gained the courage to become a coach myself, and I developed a program that could help other women leaders reach new heights.
I now get to live my passions by helping women become great leaders at work and in their families and communities.
